Paintball Village at Swings is one of the best paintball fields around Cleveland. The field is designed to look like a primitive, bombed-out village, which gives it an authentic feel and makes it fun to play on.
The surface of the field is sand for both effect and functionality—it gives your paintballs more traction so they don't slip out of your hands as easily. The large concrete patio area is located adjacent to the pro shop and fields and includes shaded picnic tables where you can have lunch or chill before or after your game.
If you're new to paintball, they provide you with basic instructions and all the equipment you need—all at no extra cost! If you're more experienced, they have markers in various styles and prices so you're sure to find one that suits your needs.

Pinnacle Woods Paintball Park is one of the best fields around Cleveland, and it's perfect for beginner players and experienced veterans. This field is run by a family business that takes pride in their work and their customers
The large fun fields are filled with hiding spots and are located in the woods, laid out in a way that keeps you on your toes and makes you play strategically. The referees are great at maintaining the safety of the park, and they strictly enforce goggles-on policies.
The layout of their shop is cool too—it's clean and well organized, and it even has an air fill station next to their concessions counter so you can get refills while waiting in line for food. They refill your guns after every game for free too!
The only con I could find about this place was that their maps are laid out pretty poorly and are not thought out at all—it's hard to navigate through them when you're just starting out!

Intense Paintball is a top-notch local field for the competitive player to the first-timer. They have indoor and outdoor courses that provide ample space to play, with top-of-the-line gear that you can rent or purchase.
Their friendly environment makes it easy for people to feel comfortable and have fun playing this exciting sport. The prices are extremely competitive, allowing everyone to enjoy their experience without breaking the bank.
They have a nice selection of gear such as nice markers, masks, pod packs, and more. All equipment provided worked perfectly and extra padding and protection are also available for purchase if needed.
The only drawbacks are that the indoor space is small (though it does have inflatable barriers) and there isn't much room at the facility to change clothes after playing.

Battlefront Paintball & Airsoft have multiple fields and game modes to accommodate any experience level—from newbies to pros. Their varied topography and obstacles add a mix to regular woodland play that keeps things interesting.
The first thing you'll notice when you arrive is the sheer size of the property. It's an abandoned explosive power plant that was used around the 1800s and has since been repurposed as a paintball/airsoft field. There are woods, trenches, buildings, bunkers, cars… everything you could want when playing this game.
Their prices are very reasonable and the fields are fun, which makes Battlefront the perfect place for anyone looking for a good time and some action-packed fun around Cleveland. They also provide free cold bottled waters.

You can bring your own paintballs (entry fee is only $15), or rent Tippman 98 customs to get started even if you don't have your own gear yet.

The paint they use doesn't stain when it hits clothing or skin, so it won't ruin any clothes you wear while playing. This is a great place to go if you're looking for something fun and exciting outdoors!
